Meaningful human connections drive good care

Combining the power of human connection with an expertise in neuroscience to help everyday people achieve and maintain lasting mental wellness.

We believe mental health is a human right. Taking care of your mental health should be respected, expected, and attainable, regardless of your race, gender identity, age, sexual orientation, or class.

What makes us different

Compassion

Research shows that a meaningful relationship with a clinician is one of the most powerful drivers of successful health outcomes. We know that our “patients” are real people, so our relationship with you will always be based on trust and mutual respect.

Flexibility

Every person is unique, so every person deserves a unique treatment plan. We know that life happens and needs change. We provide a diverse range of services that grow with you and evolve to meet your needs over time.

Co-creation

You are the expert in your own health. We share our thoughts on the most effective ways forward and work with you to establish a plan that aligns with your beliefs. We are there for you with every aspect of your care, from your treatment plan to scheduling.

Commitment

Our dedication to your well being extends beyond each individual session. Whatever you need, our team is here for you. We’ll do everything in our power to find care options that are right for you.

Proactive

Working on mental health should not start just when you’re unwell. We encourage you to come see us wherever you’re at on your mental health journey. Preventative and ongoing care can lead to long-term, sustainable results.

Accessible

Caring for your mental health shouldn’t be hard. Whereas other practices might turn people away, we work to accommodate anyone who needs or wants mental health services, especially those from marginalized communities.

Care with graymatters means

Build a connection

We build relationships with our clients to learn who you are and who you want to be so that we can look beyond symptoms and plan care that fits into your big picture.

Agree on priorities

We work with you to determine the path that will most effectively lead to your idea of wellness. We will come up with a treatment plan that includes what you’re comfortable with and what you’re interested in working on.
