Black Folx Deserve a Space to Breathe:
Process Group

“We deserve more when we are alive.”-Erika Hart.

Do you hunger for a space to affirm your whole self and speak about ways to maintain your mental health during this time of intense grieving, mourning, and outrage? As a company and mental health practice who is committed to upholding anti-racist ideals and to showing up for the Black community, we are offering our latest FREE program called Black Folx Deserve a Space to Breathe: Process Group.

Black Folx Deserve a Space to Breathe will be led by graymatters’ psychotherapist, Sabrina Sarro LMSW, MFA Candidate, whose own Blackness is contended with every day, and this group will ONLY be centered around Black-identified folx. It will be a way for individuals to check-in with themselves and other Black folx regarding what has been showing up for them, and it will also offer ways to work on centering/finding Black joy during this time of anger and to move forward with resilience. Participants can come to one or multiple sessions, as it will be an open group.
