Making inclusivity more than just a catch-phrase

We combine mental health offerings with anti-racist consultancy, promoting an ecosystem of equity for your organization.

Our programs help organizations create inclusive work environments that reflect diversity, thereby increasing the recruitment, retention, and promotion of BIPOC staff.

Address structural inequities

We help organizations assess their level of inclusivity on a systems-level, and then curate a customized program co-created with them that meets the needs of the group while also centering the holistic wellbeing of BIPOC employees.

Increase staff inclusivity

We specialize in customized workshop/training experiences that encourage and coach individuals and teams to cultivate ways of being and interacting that are founded on anti-racist, healing-centered, and liberation-oriented values. We promote the activation of these values through critical reflection, community conversation, executive coaching, mentorship, and experiential learning.

Offer mental health treatment

Because inclusivity and mental health are inextricably linked, our individual- and group-level mental health services for your BIPOC community can serve as a necessary adjunct to current existing EAP and health programs.

Reassess and readdress

A true commitment to inclusivity requires frequent reflection, reassessment, and ongoing efforts. We can continue to support your organization in this iterative process.

Who we work with

Individuals

All of our mental health services can be accessed by individuals, so you don’t need to be part of an organization to work with us. Check out our service offerings here!

Non-profits

We provide direct mental health services to teams at non-profits that serve BIPOC communities, delivering much needed healing to those most susceptible to burn-out, allowing them to sustainably continue their work.

Corporations

We provide customized organizational-level and executive-level interactive trainings and webinars that promote wellbeing by focusing on creating an inclusive culture. Our team has over 15 years of experience leading anti-racism, equity, and inclusion initiatives to several organizations, including Columbia University, Brown University, Oberlin College, Jefferson County Public Schools, and the Florida Institute for Child Welfare.

In addition, we offer individual- and group-level mental health services for your BIPOC community that can serve as a necessary adjunct to current existing EAP and health programs. Current employee health benefits and EAP programs are underutilized by BIPOC employees due to lack of diversity and cultural competency in the existing clinician pool. We provide access to high-quality mental health care by BIPOC clinicians trained in cultural competency that can serve as an adjunct to existing health offerings to fill the current gaps in access.
